Branch saw

Changing guide bar:

Remove the side cover (A) by unscrewing the

side cover knob (B).
Remove the guide bar.
Make sure that the bar adjusting knob is

inserted in the bottom hole in the tail of the

guide bar

Changing saw chain:

Remove cover (see above)
Remove the old chain and replace the new

chain. Pay attention to the running direction!

Saw chain tension adjustment:

Remove guide bar. Remove the rubber cap

(A).Adjust the correct chain tension with the

chain tension screw (B).
Turning clockwise: increase tension
Turning anticlockwise: decrease the tension

Chain tension:

A: Tension to high
B: Tension ideal
C: Tension to low

Saw chain oil:

The oil tank level must be frequently checked

during operation. If the oil inspection window

(A) shows min. level, fill in oil.
Chain oil-tank capacity max. 60ml

Guide bar sprocket:

Lubricate after each saw chain grinding or saw

chain change the guide bar sprocket with a

machine oil.
