MAINTENANCE
A T T E N T I O N
Unplug battery before all maintenance and settings!
Serious injury due to unintentional or automatic activation of the machine!
The machine does not require extensive maintenance. If malfunctions and defects occur, let it be
serviced by trained persons only.
N O T I C E
Clean your machine regularly after every usage – it prolongs the machines lifespan and is a pre-
requisite for a safe working environment.
Repair jobs shall be performed by respectively trained professionals only!
Check regularly the condition of the security stickers. Replace them if required.
Check regularly the condition of the machine.
Store the machine in a closed, dry location

Changing nylon cutter
•
Insert a holding pin (A) into the
hole to lock the shaft and
unscrew the nylon cutter anti-
clockwise.
•
Replace the new or the rewound
nylon cutter and by turning it
clockwise

Rewinding the nylon cutter
1.
Unscrew the
nylon cutter and
open by pushing
the fastener on
both sides
2.
Cut a piece of nylon
(max. 8m long, Ø1,6mm)
find nearly the center of
the line ( the lower end
80mm longer) and loop it
onto the notch in the
center
3.
Wrap the line (A)
around the spool
leaving about 10cm
line exposed on
each side.
4.
Thread the string guides
onto the line as shown (B,
D). Slide into place. Do the
same on both sides and
close the nylon cutter (C).
Pull on both ends of the
line to free them from the
notches in the spool.
