Application Diagram
WARNING: To prevent any damage or loss of functionality to the TMV treat highly
aggressive water before it enters the TMV. Hardness must be less than 10 grains. Where
hardness is above 10 grains install a suitably sized ActivFlo water conditioner to the mains
inlet of the property to prevent limescale damage.
Zilmet shall not be liable for any damages resulting from stress corrosion, misapplication, misuse,
improper installation, or inappropriate maintenance of any of its products.
The Intamix Tank Maximiser can be installed with a recirculation line to allow the returned mixed
water from the system to be connected directly back into the connection Tee (C).
Installations must include a thermal expansion vessel installed after the non-return valve on the cold
water supply prior to entering the water heater.
