Error History
Fault and alarm display
If a fault occurs, the alarm relay is triggered so that a klaxon can be initiated (
Alarm relay). In
addition, the display of the NETcon changes automatically to the now
fl
ashing menu
“
Error
”
,
where the affected fan, the type of fault and the date plus time of the occurrence is displayed.
The fault is acknowledged by pressing [
ESC
]. The alarm relay picks up again, but the fault entry
keeps saved. Up to 20 faults can be stored in the fault memory, by what a later diagnosis is
possible.
The error list can be deleted in the menu group "INTERN".

Acknowledgement of a fault:
Acknowledge the displayed fault with [
ESC
]. The fault entry stays stored, only the alarm will be
reset.
The following types of faults are displayed:

MODBUS ERROR - connection error
•
MOTOR BLOCKED - blocked motor
•
HALL SENSOR - Hall sensor error
•
LINE FAULT - Phase error
•
UZK LOW - DC link voltage too low
•
UZK HIGH - DC link voltage too high
•
PE-CONNECT - Earth fault
•
IGBT FAULT - IGBT error
