This product is a medical device and CE marked according to Regulation
(EU) 2017/745 of 5 April 2017
The user and/or patient should report any serious adverse event that
has occurred in connection with the device to the manufacturer and the
competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is
established.
Storage
For maximum protection of the Reload vest, store it in the enclosed bag,
which protects against moisture and dirt. The Reload vest should always
be stored in a dry place. Make sure the Reload vest is not lying on the floor
where you might trip on it.
Marking
The Reload vest is marked in accordance with EU legislation for Class I med-
ical devices, including a product name, production date, item number, size/
weight and CE marking. The label with relevant information, including care
instructions, is sewn into the vest so that the information is always easily
accessible.
Warranty
The product is covered by a 2-year warranty for production defects
pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Ordinary wear and tear and
malfunction are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is void in the
following cases:
• Lack of or incorrect maintenance of the Reload vest
•
Excessive use or misuse of the Reload vest
• Overload of the Reload vest
Service life
The product has an expected service life of 5 years based on correct use,
handling, washing and storage as described in the instructions for use. The
service life may be shortened by frequent washing. It is the user’s responsi-
bility to continuously assess whether the product can be used beyond the
stated service life.
Recycling and disposal.
We care about the environment and work on the basis of the UN’s world
goals. In connection with disposal, the Reload vest can be split into the
following individual parts, which can be recycled:
