Selects the polarity of the Slot Specific Interrupt. Installed, IRQx is driven low during an
active interrupt. Not installed, IRQx is driven high. Polarity selection is important for
STD 32 permanent master interrupt processing. STD 32 allows for both. Factory default
is installed.
