SATOVAC
To ensure maximum working reliability, Zhermack selects the materials and components used to
build its machines with great care. All machines are tested prior to delivery.
Materials are of only the finest quality. They are quality-checked constantly: when they arrive at our
plant, during storage and on the production line. This ensures that our products are free from
damage, deterioration and defects.
The equipment must not be used with any of its parts disassembled: before using the
equipment make sure that all its components are properly in place.
Any tampering/modification of the safety or control devices is strictly forbidden.
In the event of a malfunction please contact an Authorised Service Centre.
To ensure that work is done in absolute safety always make sure that you follow the
described procedures with caution.

To provide greater clarity the numbers given in the diagrams in the following
paragraphs correspond exactly to the numbering in Chapter 3 in the "Equipment
Description" section.

Fig. 5: After introducing the oil into the pump, effecting
proper start up (see 6.5) and connecting up to the
system (see 6.5.2), turn the main switch (2) to ON. The
pump will start creating a vacuum in the system to which
it has been connected.
In using the pump for repetitive cycles at
brief intervals it is best not to stop the
equipment continually between one
cycle and another as this strains the
motor.
