PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND REMEDIES
Should any of the anomalies described below occur try setting the situation
right, as far as is permissible, by following the instructions contained in this
manual. Should the problem persist contact the
Zhermack S.p.A.
or your
Authorised Servicing Centre.

With the main
switch set to ON the
neon lamp does not
come on.
1. The neon lamp is
damaged.
2. The sandblaster power
lead is not properly inserted
in the socket or is faulty
(bare, damaged wiring etc.).
1. The feed duct is clogged.
2. The nozzle is clogged.
3. No sand inside the
sandblasting chamber.
4. The feed duct has burst.
1. Replace the lamp with one of
identical specifications.
2. Replace the power lead.
Contact an Authorised Assistance
Centre only.
The sand does not
exit the feed duct
properly.
1. Unscrew the nozzle locknut,
close the nozzle with a finger and
press the foot control repeatedly.
If the problems persists contact an
Authorised Assistance Centre.
2. Free the nozzle hole.
3. Introduce sand into the sanding
chamber.
4. Replace the feed duct. Contact
an Authorised Assistance Centre.
