2.5.2 Soft Overtravel Protection
The soft overtravel stroke range is set by parameter 1225-1239, with the machine coordinate as the reference
values. If the axes move beyond the predetermined soft overtravel position, the overtravel alarm will occur.
Whether the soft overtravel works or not is set by parameter 1243-1248.
2.5.3 Releasing Overtravel
The process of releasing overtravel is: Move the overtravel axis in opposite direction in Jog or handwheel
mode (positive overtravel, move to the negative direction; negative overtravel, move to the positive direction).
Press the [RESET] key after removing the overtravel range.
3. Interface Display and Setting and Displaying Data
3.1 Boot Interface Display
After the system is powered on, the interface is shown in Fig. 3-1:

3.1.1 Status Display
The status display line is above the soft key at the bottom of the display interface, and it contains the
following content:
Operating Mode: Display the current operating mode: Auto, Edit, DNC, MDI, Jog, hand wheel, and REF.
Operating Status: Display the current operating status: Stop, Start and Hold.
Status Display: Including connection display of U disk and Network cable, Alarm prompt and Reset
instructions.
Time Display: Display the current time: 24-hour, format: “hour: minute: second”.
3.1.2 Modal Code Display
The current mode codes is displayed above the status display line, including the G command, the tool length
compensation H, the radius compensation D, the current tool number T and the current M codes.
