3-2 Method of operation: 

(1) Connect the machine to the mains supply: AC220V±10%. 
(2)

 

Adjust over-voltage protection knob and current adjustment knob to 
the maximum along the clockwise direction. 

(3)

 

Put power switch to the “ON”, and the red pilot lamp will go on.   

(4)

 

Adjust voltage coarse and fine adjustment knob to the required 
value.

Connect the external load to the “+” and “

”output terminal.

When it is used to meet high requirement, the binding post of 
output “+”or “

”must be connected with “GND” binding post to 

reduce the output ripple voltage.

Constant current setting: First adjust the voltage to 3-10V arbitrary 
value, then adjust current adjustment knob to 0(turn it to the end 
anticlockwise).Using the line to connect the output of the positive 
(“+”) and the negative (“-”) electrodes. Then clockwise adjust the 
current adjustment knob to the required current value. Remove the 
short-circuit line, adjust voltage adjustment knob to the required 
voltage value, and now it is ready to be used.

Over-voltage protection setting: First adjust the over-voltage 
protection knob to the maximum along the clockwise direction. 
Then turn on power switch. Adjust the voltage adjustment knob to 
the required protection value. Then anticlockwise adjust the 
over-voltage protection knob to over-voltage protection. Use 
voltage must be within the scope of your limit. Otherwise it will 
automatically protect. Meanwhile, the over-voltage protection pilot 
lamp will go on. 

Restart steps after the over-voltage protection: First turn off power 
switch. After over-voltage protection pilot lamp completely
