SD card cannot save files.

Before

you

insert the

card, turn off the camera

and

you can also try

formatting the SD card

Ensure that the memory card isnt full. Please move some files
into your computer.

The passwords was forgotten

Reset the camera device by pressing and holding the reset
switch

for 15 seconds. The password will then default back
