Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit.
Lily Double Relax Seat is now complete.
1.
Insert Back Assembly A between rear legs of Seat Assembly B, align bolt holes
and insert 2no Hex Bolts and ‘T’ Nuts. See Figs. 1a, 1b & 1c.
Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Locate Back Assembly C as shown in Fig 2a and fix in position using 6no Screws.
See Figs 2b & 2c.

Position Armrest/Leg Assembly D1 as shown in Fig.3a. Align bolt holes and insert
2no Hex Bolts and ‘T’ Nuts. See Fig. 3b. Do not fully tighten.
Attach Armrest/Leg Assembly D1 to Back Support Assembly A using 1no Screw.
See Fig.3c.
Repeat stages 1-3 for remaining seat using Armrest/Leg Assembly D2.

Position Leg E as shown in Fig.4a and attach to Upper Shelf Assembly F using
1no. Screw. Fix remaining Leg E in corresponding position on Upper Shelf
Assembly.
Ensuring correct orientation of Lower Shelf Assembly G, attach to both Legs E
using 2no. Hex Screws. See Fig.4b.

Place shelf assembly between seat assemblies (D1 & D2 outermost) Fig.5a,
locate screw/bolt holes and attach using 4no. Hex Bolts & ‘T’ Nuts to front
(Fig.5b) and 2no Hex Screws to rear (Fig.5c).
Attach rear of Upper Shelf Assembly F to Back Support Assemblies A using 2no
Screws as shown in Fig.5d.
Fully tighten all bolts at this stage.
