You can see the differences highlighted by little orange
wavelike shapes.

You might have noticed that the color of the LEDs
changed when you pressed the second button and the
logic analyzer triggered when you pressed the first
button. We can make the hypothesis that the first button

is used to send commands or requests and the second

button is used to configure the state of the device.

With the function File comparison we can observe that the
line on A1 remains unchanged whereas the end of the signal
captured on A0 is different. Because of the duty cycle
of the signal on the channel A1 we can guess that it is
some sort of clock that latches on each rising edge of the
signal on A0.

Conserve the same settings and click on Run.

14. Push the button connected to the pin 8 and press successively

the buttons Data then Send (the buttons connected to the
pins A0 and 9, respectively).
