CLEANING AND CARE

Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or
use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.

All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices,
vinegar and strongly flavored/colored foods. Avoid contact with acids citrus juices.
3.
Always use the scale on a hard, flat surface. DO NOT use on carpet.
Even the batteries must be disposed of in compliance with environmental
regulations in force, at a collection center authorized, or deposited in the
containers at the store where it was purchased. Batteries should be removed from
the device before its disposal. Do not dispose of batteries in household waste or
damaged so as not to harm the environment
Batteries must not be exposed to heat sources such as heat , sun or similar
sources ;
Remove batteries if they start to heat up or you know you do not use the unit for
a long period
- The batteries must be installed correctly into the battery compartment ;
- W hen you remove the battery because at the end of life or damaged Dispose
of batteries according to national regulations and below.
- In case of loss of battery fluid, remove all batteries , preventing any leakage
from coming into contact with skin or clothing. If fluid from the battery comes
into contact with skin or clothing, wash the skin with water immediately. Before
inserting new batteries , thoroughly clean the battery compartment with a damp
paper towel , or follow the battery manufacturer's recommendations for
cleaning.
