Recording using the remote control
While recording it is possible to insert a TAG. With a TAG you can mark important moments in a recording and
it make it easier to trace back these important moments in the video file.
There are three options for inserting a tag:
• While recording press the LARGE button
• While recording you shortly press the REC/ TAG button on the remote control
(The ORANGE LED light on the remote control will flash)
For local recording go to PROFILE > REC ONLY.
START RECORDING
There are several options to start a recording
Using the Zepcam recorder;
• Use LARGE BUTTON or select CAMERA in the MAIN MENU
• Press RECORD while in the CAMERA menu
Using the Remote control;
• Press the REC/ TAG button on remote control
While recording the RED LED lights on the recorder and remote control flash
INSERT TAG
In order to stop a recording there are two options:
• Press STOP in the CAMERA menu
• Press the REC/ TAG button on the remote control, until the GREEN LED is flashing
After a recording is stopped, the movies menu will appear automatically
