Before charging, check that the battery surface is clean and dry.
•
The battery of this product is not fully charged before delivery. Therefore, it must be fully
charged before first use.
•
Charge the battery when the power indicator light is lit.
•
Avoid discharging all the power in the battery, otherwise the battery can be damaged.
•
If the battery life of the fully charged battery is significantly shorter, the battery has been
used up and must be replaced. Users can only use the original equipment-built (OEM)
battery packs provided by the Customer Center.
•
Always keep in mind the applicable safety instructions, environmental regulations and
environmental information.
•
Place the charger in a room between 50°F and 72°F at room temperature to prevent
moisture ingress.
•
Check if the switch is in the off position.
•
Connect the charger's adapter to the appropriate connector of the battery pack.
•
Make sure the power supply matches the rating on the charger and adapter.
•
When the red light on the charger is on, it indicates that the battery is charging, and the
green light indicates that charging is complete. The average charging time is 2-3 hours.
If the charger light goes black when plugged into the battery pack, call customer service.
•
When charging is complete, unplug the connector from the power source and disconnect
the connector from the battery.
•
Please ensure that the battery is charged at least once every three months and never
store your battery pack discharged, this will void your warranty.
When charging the battery, the pruning shears must be disconnected.
Working Conditions
1.) Keep the charging temperature of the charger and battery pack between 32° F ~ 113°F,
and the battery pack discharge temperature between 14°F ~ 140°F.
2.) The working temperature of the pruning shears 23°F ~ 86°F
Proper Use of the Battery Charger
1) Only use the supplied charger to charge the battery. Failure to do so may result in fire or
explosion. Use the matching charger to ensure the safety of the device.
2) Check the charger, cord and plug before each use. If it is damaged, please have it
repaired by qualified personnel and use original parts. Do not use a defective charger
and turn it on yourself to ensure the safety of the device.
3) The link socket of the charger must be grounded. Make sure that the power supply
voltage matches the rating of the nameplate on the charger. Otherwise, there may be an
electric shock.
