Option B: Updating the AMP 40 firmware over-the-air using the AIRHOME app on your iOS
device while on the same Wi-Fi network as your AMP 40
1) Ensure your iOS device and AMP 40 are on the same Wi-Fi network with access to
the internet
2) Download the free Zenovia AIRHOME app on the App Store
3) Open the AIRHOME app and all Zenovia devices on your network will appear in a
list
4) Select the AMP 40 and go to the Settings > Firmware > Update
Option C: Updating the AMP 40 firmware using the AMP 40 website
1) Ensure the AMP 40 is on the same network as your Mac or PC
2) Open the Safari web browser on your Mac or PC
3) Go to Bookmarks > Bonjour menu and select your AMP 40
4) Open the AMP 40 website and select Firmware > Update
Note: If an update is available, a notification will be at the top of the page. Clicking it
will begin the update. You can also begin the process by clicking the "Update" button in
the Firmware section.
Note: If the Bonjour option is not available in Bookmarks, it can be enabled by going to
Safari > Preferences > Bookmarks and checking "Include Bonjour" under "Bookmarks
Menu".
Note: If you do not have Safari, refer to your router's connected devices listing
in order to find the AMP 40 IP address. For instructions on how to locate this,
refer to your router's manual. Once you have the IP address, type it into your
web browser's address bar to navigate to the AMP
40 website.
