AirPlay streaming is losing connection
Enable Quality of Service (QoS) on your wireless network router.
Confirm the AMP
40
is within range of the wireless network access point.
Restart the AMP
40
, iTunes, your iOS device, and any iOS applications you have running.
Restart your wireless router.
AirPlay performance may be affected by excessive internet traffic on the same Wi-Fi network.
1) Try limiting the amount of devices being used on your Wi-Fi network
2) Try limiting the amount of internet media being browsed on your Wi-Fi network
Updating your AMP40 firmware
There are 3 ways to update. First ensure your AMP
40
is connected to a network with internet
access.
When the AMP
40
firmware is successfully updated, it will automatically rejoin the
network and resume regular operation.
Option A:
Updating the AMP
40
firmware using the AIRHOME app on your iOS device while
tethered to the AMP40 via USB sync cable
1) Ensure your iOS device has access to the internet
2) Download the free Zenovia AIRHOME app on the App Store
3) Tether your iOS device to the AMP
40
using a USB sync cable
4) Open the AIRHOME app and select Settings > Firmware > Update
