6. 組裝

軟管及擺動活節

1. 軟管用來連接鼓風機和擺動活節。請以本裝置隨附的

五金件將軟管的兩端牢固地夾緊。

註

使用一點點潤滑劑有助於軟管跟鼓風機彎管的組裝。

控制把手

•

將把手座裝到擺動活節並鎖緊控制把手上的螺絲。以

中間閥將管夾（小）固定住。

彎管及微粒噴嘴

•

用來連接擺動活節、直管和彎管。將兩支管子推壓在

一起並轉動使其相互鎖住直到接頭已鎖定。使用管夾
將溶液管固定到管子上。將微粒噴嘴連接到彎管。

溶液管

•

將溶液管從原料桶佈線至微粒噴嘴。

註

當引擎因為過度阻風而起動數次失敗時，請開啟阻風門
並重複拉動起動器拉繩。

「DECOMP」閥

MD7000M 上的引擎配有「DECOMP」閥（減壓閥）可
減輕拉繩的張力以便發動引擎。拉動拉繩發動引擎時可以
聽到空氣漏出時的聲音。此狀態屬正常；當引擎發動時，
閥門會自動關閉而引擎將如同其他引擎一般運作。

[清潔按鈕]

使用後，閥門可能會因引擎內的汙染而鎖住，讓起動器拉
繩變得沉重。
此時，請在發動引擎之前用手指按清潔按鈕 1 或 2 兩次。
閥門會返回至正常位置並恢復其功能。
