6. Set up
BLOWER
1. Connect the blower and pipe with flexible hose. Clamp
both ends of the flexible hose securely with the hard-
ware supplied with the unit.
2. When connecting the pipe (2) with flexible hose, set
“UP” mark on the pipe facing upward.
3. Align the protrusion and the groove provided on the
tube ends and twist the tube until connection is locked
up.
4. Apply grease to the pipes if necessary.

NOTE
A light lubricant may be used to ease assembly of
flexible pipe to blower elbow.
NOTE
“Pipe, end” can be connected with “Pipe, straight” in two
opposing directions, (a & b) as described in.
a: Operator can feel “Light-weight body” than usual
due to the air stream.
b: Operator can feel “Higher performance” due to the
air stream.
LEVER
• Insert the throttle lever in a pipe-assy and fix by a
bolt.
(1) Throttle Lever

THROTTLE LEVER
• The position of the throttle lever can be adjustable back
and forth by loosening “knob bolts” on Grip by hand.

(3) Knob bolt
THROTTLE CABLE
• Use the clamp to fasten the colgate tube containing
the throttle cable and the power cable to the hose.
(1) Clamp
(2) Cable
(3) Flexible hose
