6. Set up

WARNING

•  Assemble each part correctly. Wrong assembly 

might cause an accident. 

•  If you cannot do the assembling yourself, consult 

the shop where you bought this product.

■

  ATTACHING THE SHOULDER STRAP

1.  Pass  the  ring  of  the  shoulder  strap  through  the 

hook(A) and fix it by the bolt securely.

2.  Set the hook(B) of each shoulder strap to the D-rings 

on the frame.

  CONNECTING THE THROTTLE WIRES

1.  Run the throttle wire of the engine through the protec-

tive  tube  and  the  right-hand  grip  as  shown  in  fig-
ure.

2.  Hook the throttle-wire-end into the hole of the throttle 

lever, pull the throttle wire, and fit its cap to the wire 
receiver.

  JOINTING  THE  FLEXIBLE  SHAFT  TO  THE 

MAIN PIPE

1.  Remove the screw of the joint and insert the liner into 

the joint.

2.  Then tighten the screw on the joint until the tip of the 

screw reaches a groove of the liner.

  Note  that  the  tip  of  the  screw  must  not  touch  the 

stopper in the groove.

WARNING

Check and make sure the throttle-wire-cap is securely 
seated  in  the  wire  receiver  of  the  throttle  lever  after 
connecting the throttle wire to the throttle lever.

IMPORTANT

After connecting the liner into the joint, pull the liner to 
make sure it will not come out from the joint.

  CONNECTING  THE  FLEXIBLE  SHAFT  TO 

THE ENGINE

Turn the hole at the end of the flexible shaft upward, 
align the square hole of the clutch drum with the direc-
tion of the inner shaft, and thrust the flexible shaft into 
the clutch housing until you hear a click.

IMPORTANT

After connecting the flexible shaft to the clutch housing, 
try to pull out the flexible shaft by hand to make sure 
the flexible shaft does not come off.
