Getting Started with your Orange Sim Card
Follow the instructions below to activate your new Orange
SIM card and retrieve your new phone number
1. Insert the SIM and turn the phone on.
2. Call 0800 079 0006 FREE from the Simple Mobile
phone with SIM inserted.
3. Follow the instructions to activate your SIM card and
retrieve your new number.
4. This can be done via an automated service or you can
speak to an operator.
5. It will ask for the SIM number, this is printed on the SIM
card and also on a white sticker on the credit card size
piece of plastic that the SIM was received in (you will
have popped the SIM card out of this), the number
begins with 8944.
Once the process is finished you will advised of your
number via text within 24 hours of registering, your phone
must be left on during this time.
