2.11. Remove rosette from the packaging and if required due to the large
insertion depth, insert one to three extension connectors. A special ro-
sette must be ordered for installation depths below 65 mm.
2.12. Push rosette onto the register cap until it clicks into place (see Fig. 3).
2.13. For wet room installations with an extension connection, a rosette disk
can also be inserted and this must be ordered separately.
3. Meter exchange
3.1. Block and empty the line by closing the flat or mains stop valve.
3.2. Remove rosette.
3.3. Check whether the measuring capsule fits into the planned connection
interface: Labelling =
ACTUAL
. Ensure that it is actually a coax-connec-
tion (manifold body) and a measuring insert with 4 tappets (see Fig. 4).
3.4. Using the assembly key, unscrew the measuring capsule meter from the
FMP.
3.5. Remove the L-seal ring from the FMP and if necessary clean dirt away
from the FMP, in particular of course on the sealing service of the L-seal
ring.
3.6. Install Minolist, as described in No. 2.6 to 2.11.
Carefully check seal and function.
3.7. Insert rosette. For Ista rosettes, use the MINOLIST ER1 support ring.
4. Assembly key
To install and dismantle the measuring capsule meter, use either the assembly
key for Istameters or the Minol assembly keys.
5. User safeguard
A user safeguard must be used (adhesive label, seal etc.) to detect whether the
measuring capsule has been removed from the connection interface.
