On-Screen Menus/Displays Overview
ON-SCREEN MENUS
SETUP MENU Adjusts the basic characteristics of the TV
Auto Program 21 Automatically finds and stores active channels to scroll through using Channel Up/Down.
Add/Del/Blnk 26 Manually picks and chooses which active channels will appear when using Channel Up/Down.
Channel Labels 27 Label the channels with their network names (ABC, CBS, HBO, etc.).
Custom Ch Labels 28 Create your own custom channel labels.
Clock Set 29 Sets the time.
Timer 30 Sets times for the TV to automatically turn itself on and off each day.
Captions 31 Selects Caption/Text options.
Alarm Menu 32 Sets a time for the TV to automatically turn itself on.
Language 33 Picks the language the on-screen menus will appear in.
A U D I O M E N U 34 Customizes the sound. The options are:
Bass, Treble, Balance, Audio Mode, SoundRite, Front Surround, Speakers, Audio Pref.
V I D E O M E N U 35 Customizes the picture. The options are:
Contrast, Brightness, Color, Tint, Sharpness, Picture Pref.
PARENTAL 36 Allows user to block program content or the A/V sources for up to 99 hours, with the use of a password.
CONTROL MENU
SOURCE MENU 38 Selects between available viewing sources; press TV/VCR/SOURCE to activate.
OTHER MENUS AND ON-SCREEN DISPLAYS
Channel/Time 39 Shows the current time, channel, video and type of incoming audio signal, or mute.
Alarm 39 TV turn on time status indicator.
Sleep Timer 39 Sets a preset time that the TV will turn off to a maximum of four hours; press TIMER to activate.
Volume 39 Shows current sound level setting; press VOLUME Up/Down to activate.
Captions/Text 39 Shows selected Caption/Text option; press CC once to show option, repeatedly to turn option on/off.
Ch Preview 39 Displays the available channels list; press SURF to activate.
