CAUTION

Tighten the wheel nut securely and confirm that the depressed center wheel does not 

wobble.

Make sure that the push button is disengaged by pushing lock button two or three times 

before turning on the grinder.

Maintenance and inspection

1. Inspecting the depressed center wheel.

Confirm that there is no crack or any damage to the depressed center wheel.

2. Inspecting the screws

Regularly inspect all screws and ensure that they are fully tightened. Should any of the 

screws be loosened, retighten them immediately.

3. Inspecting of carbon brushes 

The motor employs carbon brushes which are consumable parts. Replace the carbon 

brush with a new one when it becomes worn to its wear limit. Always keep carbon 

brushes clean and ensure that they slide freely within the brush.

4. Replacing carbon brushes

Removal

Loose the screw retaining the brush cap.

Use auxiliary wrench or a small screwdriver to pull back the brush spring. Move the 

spring edge from the brush holder.

Remove the brush pigtail from the brush holder terminal and remove the brush from the 

brush holder.

Installing

- Install the brush pigtail in the brush holder terminal. 

- Install the brush into the brush holder. 

- Use auxiliary wrench or a small screwdriver to put the spring edge on the top of the 

carbon brush, 

- Install the cap and tighten the screw D4. 

5. Maintenance of the motor 

The motor unit winding is the very “heart” of the power tool. Exercise due care to un-

sure the winding does not become damaged and/or wet with oil or water.

CAUTION

When using the screwdriver follow these rules:

• continuous use of the power tool should not exceed 15 minutes;

• do not allow mechanical damage (strikes, falls etc.); 

• protect the power tool from external sources of heat and chemically active substances, 

as well as liquid and objects penetration;

• before disconnecting the tool from the power source turn off the On/Off switch;
