Entriegelungswerkzeug Ihr Radio
oder Ihr Navigationssystem aus
dem Einbauschacht. Wenn Sie,
wie es auf der Abbildung zu sehen
ist, ein weiteres 1 DIN Gerät,
wie z. B. einen CD- Wechsler, in
Ihrem Fahrzeug verbaut haben,
müssen Sie das zweite Gerät
ebenfalls mit dem passenden
Entriegelungswerkzeug aus dem
Einbauschacht lösen.
Unlock the original radio or sat
nav system with an appropriate
tool. If there is a second 1-DIN
unit mounted in the lower slot
(for example a CD player), the
unit in the lower slot must also be
removed – with the appropriate tool
where applicable.

Geräteschächten entfernen

Anschlusskabel, Antennenkabel,
etc.) von den Geräten trennen, um
die Geräte entnehmen zu können.
To completely remove any pre-
installed factory unit from the
mounting slot, the main wire
harness, antenna cable etc. must
be unplugged on the backside of
the device.
Im nächsten Schritt (s. Abb.)
entfernen Sie die Trennplatte aus
dem Einbauschacht. Wenn in Ihrem
Fahrzeug nur ein 1 DIN Gerät
verbaut ist, sollte das Ablagefach,
das über oder unter dem Gerät
verbaut ist, mit einen kleinen Ruck
aus dem Einbauschacht entfernt
werden.
Once the OE units are removed,
the horizontal center plate – if
present – must also be taken out to
allow the installation of a new unit
with 2-DIN dimension. Grab the
horizontal dividing plate and pull it
out with a quick and straight jerk.
Verbinden Sie nun die Fahrzeug-
antenne mit Phantomspeisung
des ZE-NC2040. Installieren
Sie die GPS-Antenne unter dem
Armaturenbrett und verlegen Sie
das Kabel in den Einbauschacht.
Now the factory wire loom can be
connected to the ZE-NC2040. Start by
connecting the antenna cable to the
Fakra plug of the ZE-NC2040. Mount
the GPS receiver underneath the
windshield and route the cable of the
GPS antenna to the mounting slot, for
connection to the unit later on.
Verbinden Sie nun die TMC-Box,
wie im Anschlussdiagramm auf der
letzten Seite zu sehen, mit dem
ZE-NC2040. Verstauen Sie die
TMC-Box so im Einbauschacht,
dass sie bei der Installation nicht
im Weg ist.
Now connect the ISO-DIN plugs
of the vehicle to the main ISO-DIN
wire harness of the ZE-NC2040.
The TMC receiver must now also be
connected to the ZE-NC2040. Please
consult the last page of this manual
to see which plugs and wires need to
be connected to the unit and the TMC
box. Try to find a place where this box
does not get in the way too much.
