Check the wiring harness of the
power supply.
A fuse for the power supply has
blown.
Check the fuse and replace it
against a new one with the same
ampere rating, if it’s broken.
The device doesn’t
receive a DVB-T
signal or the
reception quality is
not good.
The DVB-T antennas are not
connected to the device.
Check the DVB-T antenna wiring.
The DVB-T antennas are
damaged.
Replace the DVB-T antennas.
The phantom power supply for the
DVB-T antennas is deactivated.
Enable the menu item to turn on
the phantom power supply for the
DVB-T antennas.
The position of the DVB-T
antennas wasn’t well-chosen.
Check the position of the DVB-T
antennas once again and change
it, if it’s necessary.
No or only bad DVB-T reception
in this area.
Check the DVB-T reception again,
if you are in another region with
DVB-T reception.
No response to the
remote control.
The external IR receiver is not
connected.
Connect the IR receiver.
