TROUBLESHOOTING

If a problem arises during usage, the following troubleshooting guide can help to settle some
of the potential problems. If this guide doesn’t help and the problem persists, please contact
an authorized dealer.

Is the unit currently in FF, FB, search or single-frame mode?

Are the line pre-outs connected correctly?

■

Or there is no car-phone installed and the telephone-muting line hasn’t been connected
with high level.

Has the muting button been pressed?

Is the video output of the DVD headunit properly connected to the monitor?

■

Make sure the monitor has been set up properly (video system!). Turn on monitor and
select the correct source.

Unit does not play

■

No disc loaded? Or disc has been inserted with the wrong side down? Disc label must
point upward.

■

Has a damaged disc been loaded? Replace it with a good one.

■

Is the disc wet? Remove the disc and leave the headunit running in tuner mode for about
an hour.
