Step 2
–
Assemble Front Door Fame
•
Attach each 10” aluminum frame (Part A
-3) to one side of the bottom base. Two channels should face each
other, and the other channels should align to the channels on the side of the base.
•
Decide if you will be using the acrylic substrate shield (Part N) or bottom screen (Part O) and insert in the
channel between the 10” aluminum frames (Part A
-3).
•
Attach the T-shaped connectors (Part G) to the middle door frame (Part C). Make sure to match the connector
with the “A” sticker
to the side of the frame with
the “A” sticker. Do the same for the “B” side
.
•
Attach the middle door frame to the top of the 10” aluminum frame pieces (Part A
-3). Make sure that the
channel from the middle door frame covers the top of either the substrate shield or bottom screen, and that the
channel on the T-
shaped connectors are facing the back of the enclosure (aligned with the channels from 10”
aluminum frame).
Step 3
–
Assemble Back and Sides
•
Attach the side door frame (Part B) to pressure corner. The flat edge of side door frame should be on the
bottom and align to the door tracks of the middle door frame (Part C).
•
Attach aluminum frame (Part A-2) to the back two pressure corners, with the channels aligned with the bottom
frame channels.
•
Insert the two side panels (Part J-2) on the left and right-side channels as well as the bottom of the back.
•
Place the H-frame with the Zen Habitats logo (Part E) on top of the bottom back panel. Slide the top back panel
(Part J-1) with the grommet hole at the top.
