Step 4

Assemble Top
•
Attach the pressure corners (Part F-A)
to each end of a 22” aluminum frame piece (Part A
-3). Make sure that the
fingers from the corners align with the channels of the frame.
•
Attach a 22” aluminum frame (Part A
-3) to each end of the corners (Part F-A)
, making a ‘U’ shape. Make sure all
the channels and fingers are aligned.
•
Slide the screen (Part I) into the channels of the assembled frame. Make sure that the support bars are facing
the same direction as the channels and fingers from the pressure corners. When fully assembled, the support
bars will be on the inside of the enclosure.
•
Attach the pressure corners with holes (Part F-B)
to each end of the 22”
top door frame (Part D). Make sure that
holes from the corners and the frame match up on each end. The fingers from the corners align with the
channels of the frame.
•
Connect the top door frame to the rest of the bottom frame. You should now have a square shaped floor with
all four fingers facing up.
•
Flip the top screen frame over and insert the four pressure connectors into the frame of the enclosure.

NOTE: Be sure not to press the front connectors all the way down until after the door is installed.
Step 5

Door Assembly
•
Peel off brown paper lining of acrylic doors (Part L).
•
Attach the doorknobs to the acrylic door panels using screws provided (Part M).
•
Align metal prong of the door frame to the hole in the bottom door frame on the hinge side.
•
Align metal prong of the door frame to the hole in the top door frame on the hinge side. Press the front
connectors of the screen top all the way down, locking the door in place.
