Step 1
–
Assemble Bottom
•
Attach the pressure corners (Part F-A) to each end of a
22” aluminum frame
piece (Part A-1). Make sure that the
fingers from the corners align with the channels of the frame.
•
Attach a 22
” aluminum frame
(Part A-1) to each end of the corners (Part F-A)
, making a ‘U’ shape. Make sure all
the channels and fingers are aligned.
•
Slide the bottom panel (Part K) into the channels of the assembled frame.
•
Attach pressure corners (Part F-A) to another
22”
frame (Part A-1). The fingers from the corners align with the
channels of the frame.
•
Connect to the rest of the bottom frame. You should now have a square shaped floor with all four fingers facing
up.
Step 2
–
Assemble Front Door Fame
•
Attach each 10” aluminum frame (Part A
-3) to one side of the bottom base. Two channels should face each
other, and the other channels should align to the channels on the side of the base.
•
Decide if you will be using the acrylic substrate shield (Part N) or bottom screen (Part O) and insert in the
channel between the 10” aluminum frames (Part A
-3).
•
Attach the T-shaped connectors (Part G) to the middle door frame (Part E). Make sure that the holes are aligned
between the frame and the connector.
•
Attach the middle door frame to the top of the 10” aluminum frame pieces (Part A
-3). Make sure that the
channel from the middle door frame covers the top of either the substrate shield or bottom screen, and that the
