1 Safety instructions
Always follow the safety regulations, warnings,
comments and instructions given in the ComfoAir
XL manual. Personal injury or damage to the unit
can arise from non-compliance with the safety
regulations, warnings, comments and instructions.
2 Transport and unpacking
Follow the transport and unpacking instructions
given in the ComfoAir XL manual.
Additionally instructions

Hoist the parts with the lock nut secured;
�
Move the unit to its assemble location;
Do not position the unit in its final installation
location.
Ensure sufficient space is available around the
unit for mounting purposes.
�
Remove the protective layer;
�
All assembly materials are
packed in a plastic bag,
labelled and placed in a box.
This box is always situated
in the FAN section.
3 Installation conditions
Follow the installation conditions given in the
ComfoAir XL manual.
Make sure you can move the unit after assembly to
its final installation location.

Cordless drill;

Allen Keys (6 mm);

Wire stripping tool;
�
Crowbar;
�
Flat head screwdriver;
�
Phillips screwdriver (size 0 and 2);
�
Wrench (size 17);
�
Ratchet (+ extension bar) and socket (size 17);
�
Silicone spray;
�
Several cable ties.

separately to the unit. This can includes the following
information:

�
Air specifications;
�
Parameter list with Factory settings.
