Before you disassembling the valve the following steps must be done:
• Wash the valve with water
• Discharge the pressure from the supply system
Then proceed as follows:
Unscrew the adjustment with a
12mm wrench, then pull it out; 1
Check the wear of the micrometric
adjustment O-ring and if it is
necessary, replace it. Always grease*
the new O-rings before assembling
them; 2
*Use silicon-based grease or oil specific for O-rings. For any questions or
information contact the Zator company.

Unscrew the nozzle with a 8mm
wrench by holding the guide sleeve
with a 12mm wrench;
Pull out the needle using fingers (to
disassemble the needle see section
6.5 - Needle disassembly);
