For thorough cleaning, you can disassemble the grinder as follows:
• Unscrew the collecting container and turn the mill upside down.
• Hold the crank with cover, turn the adjustment bar anti-clockwise until
it loosens from the grinder and take it off.
• It is sufficient just to remove the guiding disc, the grinding cone and
the spring.
• Clean all grinder components with the brush provided. Do not immerse
them in water or other liquids and do not clean them in the dishwasher.

Risk of injury!
The grinder teeth and cutting edges are extremely sharp.
Only touch the grinding mechanism with extreme caution. Keep children
away from this mill.
• Reassemble the grinder in reverse order. For a correct function make
sure all components are properly mounted.
