USING THE OVEN
Electric multifunction oven
Selector (Fig. 3) and thermostat (Fig. 4) control
knobs allow for section of the most suitable type of
heating, depending on cooking requirements, and
adjustment to the required temperature.
The oven light remains on with all cooking functions.

Turn the oven selector knob to the
position and
the thermostat knob to the required temperature.
The heat comes from the elements in the top and
bottom of the oven and it is therefore advisable to
use the centre shelf positions. If your cooking
requires greater heat from above or below, use the
upper and lower shelf positions.
Conventional grilling
Turn the oven selector knob to

turn the thermostat knob to the required temperature.
The heat comes from above.
Suitable for: bacon rashers, beefburgers, toast.
Thermal grilling
Turn the oven selector knob to position
;
turn the thermostat knob to the required temperature
(max 200
°
C).
The grill element and the oven fan operate
alternately, circulating the hot air around the food.
The need to check and turn the food is reduce. It is
advisable to use the centre shelf position. The top
element, it is advisable not to select a temperature
above 200
°
C.
Suitable for: steak, chops, chicken pieces and for
heating through and browning eg: au-gratin, lasagne,
shepards pie.
