order to see whether you can rectify the fault yourself.

Zanussi Service Centres or Authorised Dealers.
Technical assistance is subject to the relevant laws and
regulations.
Please keep your guarantee card and receipt.
When contacting a Zanussi Service Centre or
Authorised Dealer, you will have to state the tumble
dryer’s product number, model number and serial
number, which are on the rating plate.
This plate is located in the lower part of the
appliance.
