THE DEVICE DOES NOT
WORK, NO BUTTONS
LIGHT UP.
1. The appliance is not
plugged in.
2. The appliance is in standby
mode.
1. Check whether the device is connected to
power supply.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to exit standby
mode.
WATER LEAKING
1. The water tank is
incorrectly inserted.
2. The drip tray is full.
3. The filter holder is
incorrectly locked.
1. Lift up the water tank and make sure you
put it back.
2. Empty the used water from the drip tray.
3. Remove the filter holder, check the coffee
level and replace the filter holder.
THE STEAM NOZZLE IS
NOT WORKING.
1. No water in the water tank.
2. The steam nozzle is
obstructed.
1. Fill the water tank.
2. Proceed to clean the steam nozzle.
THE COFFEE
OVERFLOWS THE
FILTER HOLDER.
1. The filter holder is not
properly locked.
2. The coffee grounds are too
fine.
3. The filter

1. Remove the filter holder, check the coffee
level and replace the filter holder.
2. Use a thicker coffee grind.

1. The machine is cold.

3. Build-up of limescale in the

1. Start a large cup cycle with an empty
adapter to warm the internal circuits of the
appliance.
2. Preheat the cup.
3. Descale the appliance.
