05.4.7_Contrast
to adjust the brightness of the screen to the current lighting conditions, you can change the contrast of the screen to
make it lighter or darker.
the menu system is the same as for setting the time. first, select whether you want more contrast (up, darker screen) or
less contrast (down, brighter screen).
then press the button repeatedly until the screen is set to the desired contrast.
after you have set the screen to the desired contrast, scroll down to the menu item eXIt with and press to exit the
submenu.
