5.9 Encoding from other inputs
In addition to HDMI1, the Z3-DM8107-RPS allows encode from a second HDMI channel, 2 component
inputs, and 2 composite inputs. To select a source, simply select the desired source from “Video
Source.”
To use HDMI2, simply plug a video source to the HDMI port just below HDMI1.
For Component, the 2 inputs are to the right of the HDMI ports, with Component1 on the right and
Component2 on the left (Figure 12 below). When connecting Component to the video source, the
mapping is red->red, white->blue, and yellow->green (
