8.Positioning the Grease Drain Pan
1.Assemble the Support Frame (9) to Chamber with Bolt (A).
2.Assemble the Mounting Plate (19) to Chamber with Bolt (C) and Nut (L).
3.Insert Bolt (H) through Spring Washer (P), Air Door (17), Grease Drain Pan (18), Gasket
(O), Nut (I) orderly. Lock with Screwdriver (S) and Wrench (M). As shown.
4.Clip the Support Frame (9) into the mounting hole of the Grease Drain Pan (18).
NOTE:
This Air Door is used to open or close “Direct” flame searing. It allows for “Direct
Flame” cooking and temperatures as high as 1000
℉
