3.Secure Bottom Plate (41) assembled on the Legs (36)(37)(38)(39) with Bolt (A), as shown.
Use the screwdriver (N) to tighten.
4.Push the Axle (43) through the holes in the legs and then through the Gasket (I), Wheel
(42), and the Gasket (H) in order as shown. Repeat for the other wheel. Assemble the Bolt
(C) onto the Axle (43). Use the Wrench (M) to tighten.
