1.Blood glucose meter and test strips should be placed in
an environment of 10°C to 40°C and used about 20
minutes later.
2. If the thermometer icon is always present, please contact
Yuwell customer service staff.
The test strip is in
the insert state,
but the meter
does not start
1. Confirm whether the test strip is fully inserted into the slot
2. Confirm whether the positive and negative direction of the
battery are correct.
3. Replace with new battery
Note: if the above situation can not be ruled out during use, or unexpected
failures occur, please contact Yuwell customer service center!
