The instruction is the same with that in DAC menu. See 3.6.2 for details.
3.7.3 Sensitivity
When making AVG curve with “Bottom” mode, the dB value that makes the flaw echo to reach a
certain height of the full screen is sensitivity.
Press “Curve” key for three times to select the AVG menu, press

This function is used for calculating the flaw equivalent.
Press “Curve” key for three times to select the AVG menu, then press

value submenu. Then, press Ok to calculate the flaw equivalent value of the present flaw
echo in gate A.
Note: to make AVG curve with “Bottom” mode, the sensibility should be preset when the height of
the curve in gate A is 20%-90% of the full screen; with “Hole” mode, the sensitivity submenu will
change into aperture submenu automatically to set the diameter of the hole.
3.8 Memory Menu
Press
to enter the memory menu.
3.8.1 Memory Number
Select the memory menu, press
(up) or
(down) to select the memory number
submenu. Then press
(left) or
(right) to adjust the values.
Note: the memory number can be chosen recurrently in the data set ranging from 1 to 1000. When
