note: there will be a faint smell when using the buffet warmer for the first time but
this is quite normal and will fade with use.
wARnInG: this device will get hot during use, please exercise extreme caution.
1. Before first use, wipe the surface of the Buffer Warmer with a damp cloth and dry
thoroughly. Other attachments can be washed in hot soapy water except for the hot
plate.
2. To re-assemble, place the frame onto the hot plate, then place the three warming
trays into the frame.
3. Place your chosen cooked food into each of the warming trays and place the lids.
4. Plug the buffet warmer into the main power supply and turn the temperature control
knob to switch on the device. Adjust the temperature knob for the desired warming
level (low, medium, high). (fig. 1)
5. The indicator light will come on (red light) when heating begins and the light will
turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
6. The device can keep food hot for a long period of time, but it is not recommended to
exceed 6-8 hours.
7. Do not leave food in the trays when not in use. Remove any food residue or liquid to
ensure easy cleaning and avoid food stain.
