WARNING:

Never engage the brake lever when the brake disc or the protective red pad is not in place within the caliper. Doing so may cause irreparable

harm to the hydraulic brake caliper.

Step 4:

Insert the quick-release skewer into the hub from the side opposite the brake. Slide one cone spring onto the skewer from the other side,

ensuring both springs' narrow ends point inward towards the hub.

Step 5:

Screw the thumb nut onto the skewer until it's snug. Align the quick-release lever with the axle. Then, using the palm of your hand, ﬁrmly

close the lever to secure the wheel in place.
