loudspeakers, monitors and subwoofer enclosures and processors for two years
• YSM Series
active and passive studio monitors for two years.
• Coliseum Series
Installation loudspeakers and monitors for two years.
• Traynor International Series
guitar and bass amplifiers for two years.
• Gallien-Krueger
for one year on electronic components, 90 days on speaker components.
• Gibson and Epiphone
guitar amplifiers and extension cabinets for two years.
• Gibson and Epiphone
musical instruments for one year, not including strings or set-up.
• A.R.T.
signal processors and EQs for three years.
• Apex
microphones, solution boxes, and signal processing for one year.
• Apex
cables and connectors for ten years. (non-transferable)
• Apex
speaker stands, microphone stands and booms for one year.
• Alto
mixers, amplifiers and signal processing for one year.
• Yorkville
branded patch cables, microphone, speaker cables and snakes for five years.
(nontransferable)
• Raw drivers
for 90 days.
Allowed
1. All returned parts at dealer cost from Yorkville (packing slip prices less B) except strings
2. Labor at $40.00/hr where labor time is shown
3. A flat labor rate of $10.00 for each defective speaker, horn, tweeter or diaphragm replacement
4. Return freight for items under warranty needing service or for new defective items
Not Allowed
1. Claims without complete product information – i.e. model and serial number
2. Claims for replacing or repairing broken parts unless they arrive broken on a new product (the Group
B warranty covers mfg defects, not accidents)
3. Extra costs for parts other than those distributed by Yorkville
4. More than the normal amount of repair time (we may estimate and adjust as needed)
5. Labor time which exceeds the norm for a given type of repair (we may adjust)
6. Claims for replacing “blown” speakers, horns or tweeters (blown = not mfg. defect)
7. Claims without point of purchase data or bill of sale for consumer-owned products
8. Claims for store stock without Yorkville packing slips, invoices or stocking dates
9. Claims for instrument “setups” including adjusting the neck, bridge or pickups, fret jobs and polishing,
oiling fretboards, setting action or intonation, changing strings, cleaning and polishing.
10. Freight charges for parts
11. ”Shop supplies”
12. Claims for repairs already performed by Yorkville under warranty
13. Modifications not specified by Yorkville
14. Parts credits where the parts were not returned or picked up by the area rep
