PROGRAM
Enter the pre-set programs selection
(P1 to P8).
START/STOP
Activates the running mat and starts
the workout.
Stops the running mat and pauses
your workout - press again to
resume.
SPEED
Adjust values in target setting mode,
press and hold for rapid value
change.
Increases or decreases the speed
in 0.1km/h, press and hold for rapid
speed change.
INCLINE
Adjust values of target setting, press
and hold for rapid value change.
Increases or decreases the evelation
in 1 level, press and hold for rapid
change.
ON/OFF
Turn the computer power on & off.

Quick Start
1. Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on, and the safety key is in position.
2. Press the “ON/OFF” button.
3. Press the “START / STOP” button.
4. The treadmill mat will slowly begin to move (1.0 km/h).
5. Use the “+ / -” buttons to change the speed.
6. Use the “
/
” buttons to change the incline (The values of time, distance and calories will
start counting upwards).
Manual Programs
To use the treadmill in the manual mode (user is free to adjust the speed and incline setting at any
point throughout the workout).
1. Make sure the tredmill is pluged in, switched on and the safety key is in position.
2. Press ON / OFF button.
3. Press START / STOP to begin your workout.
4. The treadmill mat will slowly begin to move (1.0km/h).
5. Use the + / - buttons to change the speed required during the workout.
6. Use the

buttons to change the incline required during the workout.
