7. Cleaning and maintenance

Attention! 
The cleaning and maintenance
process should be carried
out with the device disconnected
from the power source. 

•  Cleaning the air filters

1. Slide the air filters downwards 
2. Wash the filters under running water
    and let them dry completely 
3. Slide the air filters into the device 

•  Cleaning the housing

1. Clean the casing of the device with a damp cloth without any detergent. 
2. Wipe the device dry with a dry cloth.

•  Emptying the condensation tank 

Attention! 
The operation should be performed in a place resistant to flooding with water.

1. Remove the drain plug from the drainage system. 
2. Wait until the water flows out of the device. 
3. Plug the drain plug. Make sure the plug is securely seated on the drain.

8. Recommendations when not using the device 

1. If the device is not used for a long time, make sure it is safely disconnected. Otherwise, electric shock or fire may occur. 
2. Drain all the water.
3. Clean the air filters.
 4. Cover the device to prevent dust accumulation. Store the device in a cool and dry place.

9. Troubleshooting

Solution

Check if the power cord is damaged.

Check if the device has been connected to a power source.

Check if the device has been turned on with the On/Off button.

Check if ambient temperature is not lower than the set temperature.

Empty the condensation tank 

Crackling sound -- normal - sound caused by thermal expansion of materials

Water flow noise - normal - the sound of the refrigerant moving inside the unit

Remove and clean the air filters

Problem

The device does not work

The device does not cool

The device displays E1 or E2

The unit displays E4

The device makes noises 

There is an unpleasant odor

Attention! Immediately turn off the device, disconnect the power supply and contact the service center when: 

- the device emits a piercing sound during operation 

- the device emits a burning smell
