● When using the wire brush, operate the tool always at
correct angle (15~30 degrees). When using the wire
brush at the improper angle, the breakage etc., will occur
and it is quite dangerous.
● When using the wire brush, avoid the over-loading opera-
tion by pressing the tool too hard. Such an over-loading
operation will become the reason not only for the short life
but also for the serious accidents inviting injury or
damage.
● When the grinding surface is uneven or edge section will
be treated, there is such a risk that the body is thrown into
the air together with the tool, owing to the generation of
the sudden brush resistance. Always keep in mind the
brush resistance.
● Use the proper wire brush against the brushing object.
(Selection of the proper wire brush should be referred to
the catalogues of brush makers.
● Since the end of the wire brush is the sharp edge, it is
quite dangerous to touch it by the bare hands.
● Do not use the wire brush attaching to the magnet, velcro
etc. by any means.
● Since wire will fly around with substantial impact and
speed during brushing operation, there is such a danger
that the operator or the person around will be blinded or
injured. When using the wire brush, wear the protective
glasses with side shields, dustproof mask, protective
clothing covering whole body, leather gloves and helmet
without fail. Also stay away from the operator with
distance more than 10M when using the wire brush.
