1. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the Vortex Flowmeter

VY Series. This manual explains installation

and wiring of the Vortex Flowmeter VY Series.

Manuals explaining details regarding the

functional specifications, explanation of functions,

maintenance, and handling of each communication

specifications unique to each product can be

downloaded from the Yokogawa website. Be sure

to read these manuals to ensure correct use of the

products.

A printed version of the manual is also available for

purchase. For details, contact your nearest sales

office or Service Center.
